What’s Allowed
All our music is free to use in user-generated content on platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitch, and others.
Our music is copyright protected, but you will not receive any copyright claims as long as you include proper attribution in your video description or on your website.
You are allowed to monetize your videos, as long as you credit us correctly.
This includes ad revenue, affiliate links, and sponsored content.
You may trim or edit the music (fade in/out, loop, cut) to fit your content.
What’s Not Allowed
You may not:
- Use the music in any context that promotes hate, discrimination, violence, or illegal activities
- Sell, share, sublicense, or redistribute our music (as files or standalone content)
- Claim to be the creator or copyright holder
- Use the music to create new songs (even if you remix or add vocals) and publish them as your own
- Use the music without attribution, unless you have purchased a license
How to Credit Properly
To use the music for free, you must include the following in your video description (or in your podcast/show notes/website):

With a paid license, you can use the music:

All our tracks are created by real artists and composers.
They are not generated by AI, and are fully protected under international copyright law.
This allows us to register them with Content ID systems like YouTube's, while still offering safe usage, as long as you follow our policy.
Legal Terms
No Copywright Music Culture grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide license to download and use the music available on our platform as background music for user-generated content, including monetized videos, provided that you include proper attribution.
To use the music without attribution and/or in commercial projects, you must purchase a license.
This license does not allow resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or claiming authorship of our music.
